VPhoto Auto-Renewal Agreement

Article 1 Definitions

1.1 Auto-Renewal Service refers to the automatic renewal function that is enabled by default for VPhoto membership subscriptions. Unless actively cancelled by the user, it automatically deducts payment and extends the service period before the subscription cycle expires.

1.2 Subscription Cycle refers to the duration of the membership service selected by the user, available as Yearly subscription and Monthly subscription.

1.3 Payment Account refers to the Apple ID account or Google Play account linked by the user when activating a subscription.

Article 2 Auto-Renewal Rules

2.1 Default Activation

(1) When a user activates VPhoto membership service, the auto-renewal function is enabled by default.

(2) By activating a subscription, the user is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Auto-Renewal Agreement.

2.2 Billing Time

(1) The system will automatically deduct the next cycle fee from your payment account within 24 hours before the subscription cycle expires.

(2) The billing amount is based on the price displayed in the App at the time and may vary by region, exchange rate, or promotional activities.

(3) If the billing date falls on a statutory public holiday or during payment system maintenance, the billing time may be extended.

2.3 Payment Method

(1) iOS users: Automatic deduction through the payment method linked to Apple ID (Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, etc.).

(2) Android users: Automatic deduction through the payment method linked to Google Play (Google Pay, credit card, debit card, etc.).

(3) Successful billing depends on whether the balance / credit limit in your payment account is sufficient and whether the payment channel is functioning normally.

Article 3 Cancelling Auto-Renewal

3.1 Cancellation Timing Requirement

(1) If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, please complete the cancellation at least 1 day before the subscription expires.

(2) If not cancelled at least 1 day before expiration, the system will automatically complete the renewal and deduct payment. Deducted fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation Paths

(1) iOS users: Open iPhone "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VPhoto → Cancel Subscription."

(2) Android users: Open Google Play App → "Subscriptions → VPhoto → Cancel Subscription."

(3) After cancellation, you may continue to enjoy membership benefits within the current subscription cycle until the cycle ends.

3.3 Resubscription After Cancellation

After cancelling auto-renewal, users may reactivate the subscription service within the App at any time. The price is subject to the price displayed in the App at the time of reactivation.

Article 4 Failed Payment Handling

4.1 If payment fails due to insufficient balance in the payment account, invalid payment method, or other reasons, the system will attempt to charge again.

4.2 If payment fails consecutively, the auto-renewal service will be paused and membership benefits will terminate at the end of the current cycle.

4.3 The Company is not liable for compensation for membership benefit interruptions caused by failed payments. Users may reactivate their subscription after updating their payment method.

Article 5 Price Adjustment

5.1 The Company has the right to adjust membership subscription prices as needed for business development.

5.2 Price adjustments will be announced in advance in the App. Active subscription cycles are not affected by price adjustments.

5.3 New prices will take effect in the next auto-renewal cycle. If a user does not agree with the new price, they may cancel auto-renewal before expiration.

Article 6 Refund Policy

6.1 The refund policy for deductions arising from auto-renewal is as follows:

(1) Google Play users: May request a refund through Google Play's official channel within 48 hours of purchase.

(2) App Store users: May request a refund through Apple's official process by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.

6.2 Whether renewal charges arising from a user's failure to cancel auto-renewal in time are refundable shall be independently reviewed and decided by Apple / Google according to their respective policies.

6.3 Add-on package credits are credited immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.

Article 7 Notices and Reminders

7.1 The Company will remind users to renew or cancel through in-App notifications, push messages, and other means before the subscription expires.

7.2 Users should ensure that their linked email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information are accurate and valid. The Company is not liable for failure to receive reminders due to failure to update contact information in a timely manner.

7.3 After successful auto-renewal billing, Apple / Google will send a billing notification to the user. The Company is not responsible for the timeliness or accuracy of third-party notifications.

Article 8 Agreement Modification and Termination

8.1 The Company has the right to modify the content of this Agreement as needed for business purposes or in compliance with laws and regulations. After modification, users will be notified through in-App announcements or other means.

8.2 Continued use of the auto-renewal service by the user constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree, you may cancel auto-renewal before expiration.

8.3 This Agreement automatically terminates when the user cancels auto-renewal and the current subscription cycle ends.

Article 9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 Disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Bao'an District People's Court in Shenzhen City.

9.3 Overseas users may simultaneously file appeals through the official dispute resolution channels of the corresponding app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store).

Article 10 Text Validity

10.1 This Agreement is a component of the VPhoto Membership Service Agreement and takes effect simultaneously with the VPhoto Membership Service Agreement, VPhoto User Service Agreement, and VPhoto Privacy Policy as an inseparable whole.

10.2 This Agreement is provided in Simplified Chinese as the official text, with an English translation for reference. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail as the sole legally effective text.
